AACHI FISH BIRYANI BLEND 40G
Direction: For 500g Cleaned Fish
Heat 100ml ghee and 100ml in a rice cooker. Add whole spices (a small piece of cinnamon, 3 cloves, 2 pods of cardamom, 2 star anise and a bay leaf) and sauté for a minute.
Add 150g of onion and sauté well. Add 70g of ginger garlic paste and two slit green chillies and sauté well. Add 100g of chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are soft. Add chopped corinander and mint leaves. 40g of Aachi fish biryani masala and sauté well. Now add the cleaned fish pieces, 500g of Basmati rice and 1 lt of water. Add salt to taste. Cover the rice cooker with the lid and cook till warm. After 15 minutes tasty Fish Biryani is ready to serve.
