AACHI KARACHI BEEF BIRYANI BLEND 45G
Direction: Heat 200ml of edible oil/ghee in a rice cooker. Add and sauté whole spices (a small piece of cinnamon, 4 cloves, 3 pods of cardamom and a bay leaf) for a minute. Add 200g of onion and fry till golden brown. Add a tablespoon of ginger garlic paste, 3 cut tomatoes, 2 slit green chillies, corinader and mint leaves, 500g of beef and 45g of Aachi Karachi Beef Biryani masala. Stir fry for 10 minutes. Add 500g of basmatic rice and 1lt of water. Add salt to taste. Cover the rice cooker with the lid and cook till warm. After 15 minutes, taste Karachi Beef Biryani is ready to serve.
