AACHI MALABAR CHICKEN BIRYANI BLEND 45G
Direction: For 500g chicken.
Clean the chicken thoroughly. Take a rice cooker, add 500g Basmati Rice to that add 1 Lt of water, 1 tbsp of salt, 1 cardamom, 1 clove. Heat ghee/oil, fry onion until golen brown and fry cashews in the same oil and keep aside. Take a pan, sauté 200g of onion in 200ml of edible oil with cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf. Add ginger garlic paste, and sauté till the raw smell goes off. Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, 3 cut tomatoes, 100g curd and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. To this add 45g of Aachi Malabar biryani masala, cleaned chicken and sauté for 10 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water and required amount of salt, and cook until the chicken gravy is dry. Take an oven safe bowl, spread of layer of rice and spread a layer of chicken gravy. Sprinkle chopped mint and coriander leaves, some fried onions. Repeat the same until the rice and gravy is finished. Mix well and serve hot. Now tasty Aachi Malabar biryani is ready.
