Rasam Recipe:

Make 1 litre of tamarind Juice. fry mustard, chillies and curry leaves in edible oil.  Add tamarind juice, 1 spoon of Aachi Rsam Masala, salt to taste and boil for 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Tasty Rasam  is now ready to serve.
